Refund policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an order,
we are here to help. Here are the details of our return and exchange policy:

- Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Our policy covers all products, but the item must be in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
- A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
- To start a return or exchange, customers must send a picture or video of the product via email (alghoriahome@gmail.com), Facebook, or Instagram messages.
- Once we confirm the product is in its original condition, customers can request a refund or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers will receive the total price (excluding shipping fees) within 3-7 working days.
- Refunds can be processed to the customer's bank account, Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
